Combined we have well over 30 years experience in the HR and Benefits field. Having been owners in family businesses with over 125 employees, we are very familiar with the constant challenge of offering quality plans to attract and maintain employees- while at the same time controlling costs.

Kelly has been serving insurance clients here in the NY Capital District since 2002. Keith recently joined the agency after 30 years in the John Deere Business (18 of which were specifically Human Resources) he brings extensive experience in Plan Administration.

Both Kelly and Keith understand the importance of and complications with offering the Best Value Benefit Plans for both employers and employees.
